Automotive Manufacturing Recruitment: Technical and Leadership Hiring Specialists

GMS recruits for automotive manufacturers and suppliers across all six GCC countries. We help employers find people for engineering, production, quality, maintenance and supply chain roles, alongside the managers and leaders responsible for running their plants and operations.

Why Choose GMS

GMS combines automotive manufacturing knowledge with recruitment expertise and an understanding of logistics and supply chains. We work alongside clients to understand their operations, the challenges they face and the people they need. That knowledge guides our search for talent, helping you build manufacturing teams with the skills and experience to support your business and its long-term goals.

How We Work:

Specialist Talent Search:
We check technical skills, experience and salary needs against your brief before we put candidates forward to meet the people on your hiring team.
Your Requirements:
Tell us which roles are approved, where they are based and when people need to start. We discuss the salary, essential experience and any national talent requirements, then agree the search approach. You get clear feedback if the brief needs adjusting as we speak with candidates in the market.
